Frequently Asked Questions

What Do You Look for in an Application for Merchant Mesa, Artist Valley, and Booktopia?

DCC looks at your exhibitor history like where you have exhibited in the past (other conventions or festivals) or if you are a new exhibitor just starting out! We review examples of your product / portfolio of work. We also ask that you submit a “booth shot”, which is a photo of your completed booth/table display. This shows us what your display could look like at our show. If you do not have a booth shot, you can upload another example of your work. We review every application that is submitted.

What Can Make My Application Stand Out?

Completing the entire application and clear photos of your artwork/product are the best way to get noticed! If you have a blog, website, or social media handles — be sure to submit that as we do review these.

I Want to Apply to be in the PCC Kids' Lab or Partner Groups Area. Do I Fill Out the Merchant Mesa or Artist Valley/Booktopia Applications?

No, please do not fill out the Exhibitor Applications for Artist Valley, Booktopia, or Merchant Mesa. The Partner Group and PCC Kids’ Lab applications will open later in the year.

What if I Was on the Wait List Last Year?

The DCC wait list does not carry over from year to year. Every applicant will need to fill out a new exhibitor application.
